On May 30, 2006, International Exchange Service Center of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine University reached an agreement with Longray Consulting, commissioning Longray to make the primary research and evaluation on developing Chinese medicine and healthcare service, as well as related education in Sweden.

 On May 22, 2006, Chinasoft Resource Corporation, one of China’s largest software developers, signed an agreement with Longray Consulting to expand its software outsourcing and IT service business in the Scandinavian region. Longray Consulting will provide Chinasoft market research and consulting services, from preliminary market evaluation to feasibility studies, to help Chinasoft make decision on entering the Nordic market.

 In April 2006 Longray Consulting signed an agreement with Henan Sunshine Corp. to provide consulting services to Henan Sunshine Corp. in its move to integrate the wire & cable markets operated by China Telecom and China Electricity.

 In March 2006 Longray Consulting and China Balefire Communications signed a letter of intent to cooperate in the design and construction of electronic system in Nanjing subway.
